True - however, if you wanted to make an animated avatar for other boards..
I use PSP7 - just because I know how it works. It's got this animation program that comes with it, and it's quite easy to make decent animations with it. Hope that helps. |

What about:
- Flash (difficult) - Image Ready (not photoshop, that's only to make the static pictures) for image ready: Open your "animation panel" under "window". there you can make new frames. If you want make a nice move with a "tween" but if you can: try flash.
