Do you mean the BBC3 series? If so, yes, they followed one photographer to Burghley House during filming of Pride & Prejudice. They only showed a couple of quick glimpses of Keira before security caught up with him and he (and the BBC crew) were evicted.

That particular episode is on Wednesday 19th on BBC1.

Before that you can see another airing of baby Keira (we've had all except A Village Affair recently). Coming Home is on next Saturday at 3.10 on ITV1.

I don't know...they've got a quote from Richard Curtis to back it up, so I'd say it's true

They're probably exaggerating the "raunchy" aspect of it, but it looks like she'll be on it.

The Sun are definitely a bunch of wankers... I think the Red Nose thing's actually true, but I really believe the raunchy scene is complete rubbish... She wouldn't ever do that (as far as I know...)
