Well, I HATE beer. It has no attraction to me whatsoever. At least with other gross alcoholic drinks you can mix them with something else but BEER is just foul.

Of course, in the absence of either of the above, everyones favourite WB - Stella Artois. Reassuringly expensive.

Free beer is the best.
If I'm going to pay for it, I'll take a Guinness or Newcastle. In years gone by, a Samuel Smith's Taddy Porter was a favorite, but that was when I was in college with a credit card whose bill I didn't pay. $5.00 for a bottle of beer wasn't such a luxury. Molson is good. The only American beer worth a shit is Samuel Adams. I'm speaking of mainstream, go down to your mini-mart "top 40" beers here. I know there are a lot of micro-brews that are fantastic. Fosters is good. Grolsch is very good, but I was disappointed that they have gone to the plastic "Grolsch Stone" top. Plastic will give you a headache.  Being mildly allergic to beer sort of ruins it for me though. I can only consume in small quantities.
