A Very Weird, Gory Doodle(Drawing?)
Feeling inspired by Pygmalion's strange and wonderful doodles, I decided to post this very weird, gory doodle which I did years ago in pen and colored pencils on cheap lined paper when I was bored in class. An amusing backstory behind the doodle-A totally hot girl seating next to me in class provided me with her colored pencils and watched me doodle away and kept whispering to me-"More blood!"(^_^) She quite liked the final product.

Preety cool, storm. I for one despise using color in my drawings, since I can't blend in the colors as well as I can with blacks and whites. Good job.

Whoa, that is awesome! Could you enlarge it to show more of the details?
Excellent doodle

Pardon my french, but that's fucking amazing. It's beyond that, your use of colors and blending is top-notch, it's nothing I've ever seen before. How long did it take to finish?
That's a serious money-maker, I'd buy it off you.

Stormbringer, you fucking IDIOT! WHY IN GOD'S NAME WOULD YOU PUT THAT ON LIIIIIIIIINED PAPER!! I mean of all things!
(Smacks stormbringer over the head) When you make a great piece of art, you never ever want it on shitty paper! (sigh) You probably are losing like thousands of dollars because it's on lined paper instead of plain white. GO learn how to buy the right materials! You've already got all the talent you need. |

Oencross, you are right! I am a f**king idiot for not doing it on good paper^_^( Actually, you are not the first person who said that and most certainly won't be the last). Thanks for the compliment on the piece itself and my art Oencross! I appreciate your comments. Please understand it was not intended to be a work of art in the first place(I was merely bored in class and wanted to amuse by myself by doodling and the only kind of paper I had access to was cheap crappy lined paper) and back then( and I'm talking several years ago) I used cheap paper for only about a total of 3 or 4 artworks( That's it! I have only used high quality paper and material the last several years ). The reason why I used cheap paper back then a little was because I liked to experiment on the surfaces of different papers to see how things looked. Actually, it is funny, Oencross, there were several people who I showed this piece to who liked the fact that it was done on cheap lined paper( though to be honest and fair, I most definitely agree with you, Oencross, and wish I had done it on better paper). Thank you Richard, Kelsey, and Jacoby for the kind words.

Richard, in answer to your question, it did not take too long for me to do( maybe in the span of 3.5-4.5 hours over the course of a few classes( 3 classes if memory serves correct) because a lot of it was just improvised on the spot( also I just kept on doodling and coloring non-stop). Actually, I have been approached by some people who did want to buy it from me( even though it was done on admittedly cheap crappy lined paper and material).

Remember to edit.....
It would have been cool if it were on better paper, but the lined paper kind of adds some personality of it's own. |

Simply amazing, SB. This drawing somehow reminds me of the work of Robert Crumb, arguably the most brilliant cartoonist of our time. Keep it up! I'd love to see more.

Thank you for the compliment EmotionSickness! That is very thoughtful of you. Robert Crumb is one of my favorite artists. I absolutely love the way he draws.
