Yes we do, it's obvious that we do. Newbies take one look at the shoutbox and the rest is just history, and they never come back. My advice to the little lurkers... you never know until you try.

Besides, sometimes the newbies are treated like shit. But only because they lack common sense, so I don't blame the mods.

It does work, it just buggers up every so often...I use it with Opera, and more often than not it works, it just cunts up every so often.

I came on this site the other day..had a quick glance and saved it to my favourites. Then today..i registered and i've posted.

I'm not a die hard Keira fan tho but i am a fan of hers.

People are afraid to post because true relativists don't exist, though I think there would be some here who say they are such.

If anyone posts an opinion that's contrary to one's, it's sure to get torn up, smacked down, utterly annihilated by fusilades of digital rhetoric. Even the benevolent posters--DR (Are you the only one?)--who are not so quick to name call and do/say all those things that they accuse their detractors of saying/doing, oh so subtlely refute said person's conjectures.

In short, admins and their cronies are right; people without icons or clever titles, wrong.

I still send Barrington those e-mails, and I've always called him Mr.Barrington. Still no replies...yet.....maybe because I refer to myself as 'Mrs. Barrington'?

I was actually thinking of starting a thread like this in the newcomers forum. Thanks for stealing the idea Barrington...before I mentioned it.

I say every lurker just registers and posts in the shoutbox. You can't be ridiculed there, well you can (right Apoggy? .....) but it's not as harsh as the forums.

Hm, got a bit of an idea. You could mass email the people who registered but don't post, or when your not busy add them to AIM or whatever and bug them. I mean you guys were planning to do an email news service anyway, so you might as well test out the system and see how much people read it, and see if anyone comes back into activity?
