Yes, the human stomach is an intriguing body part, indeed, be it on a guy or a girl. It can be very aesthetically pleasing, if you stay on top of things, that is.

One of my best guy friends has an almost unhealthy fascination with girl's tummies and he explained his little fetish to me one night, a few months back. Keira has a flat stomach to be sure. Good stuff. However they look defined in a wierd way. Lack of body fat around her stomach. So slim you almost imagine that her intestines would be defined as well.

I have a fettish or facination with stomach's as well, I don't think it's weird or unhealthy at all. Mine has to do with not only the stomach itself but the waistline as well. I think as with any guys fettishes, it's not the body part itself it's the sexual connection you make with that part. I don't know if that makes sense so let me make the case for my argument;
