I'm happy because I went to see FOB last night and they were awesome.
Shiny Toy Guns were also pretty good. Sadly Cobra Starship were unsurprisingly lame. Although I did like it when one of the crowd shouted at Gabe "are you still talking?" and instead of just ignoring it or taking it like a pussy, he gave the guy a torrent of abuse, "Yes, I'm fucking still talking you douchebag, our snare's broken, dickhead" was merely the start of it. While they were fixing the equipment he kept calling the guy a dick. Priceless. Edit: Plus Victoria Asher (who apparently originally hails from London) looked hot. Went on a "date" with Marcia and Taylor last night. It was their first chance to meet.
We had sushi and then went for a little mini-golf and go kart racing. Everyone had fun and Taylor informed me that she's "good new mommy material".

So even Taylor feels her mum is up for a trade-in?

It's a little joke I play on Taylor. I'll find the sluttiest woman wherever we are and ask her "how about her? Would she make a good new mommy?" Then she gets "mad" and pouts and gives me lots of stick.

Have you tried pointing at someone and saying 'would she make a good new daddy?' I'm happy because Frenchie comes back from paris in 6 days.

I'm happy because I cleaned out my msn friends list and deleted all the people I don't talk to anymore.
Much better. |

One finished 2500 word short story that will be sent to Creative Writing teachers from other unis: check.
Make it through a Spanish test I was wholly unprepared for: check. No uni tomorrow and Monday: check. Liam coming over on Sunday: check. I'm pretty happy. |

i just got free money off sony! (though when they find out, i'll probably move to the unhappiness thread)
let me explain; to make purchases from the ps3 store, you have a "wallet" that you have to transfer funds to. which is supported by a credit/debit card. My wallet was set to take funds from my old card.. which i no longer have. I could see no way of changing the card details, so i figured it would probably ask you to check and change details if it declines the card. So I try to make a purchase on the old card.... and it accepts it
