Has anyone else noticed that Keira is always very beautiful in European magazines, but looks like shit in American magazines?
Just from the past few months -- compare the frightening Vogue (US) and the In Style (US) covers to Elle (UK). It's really strange. Why are the American editors so stupid? Seems they try to make her look even thinner, and then airbrush the shit out of everything.

Just pointing that out.

her eye makeup is too heavy. makeup artists seem to always be giving her the smokey-eye look, even that can get too much. and her eyebrows look like two bommerangs! they look way too harsh. keira is young, she doesn't need that much paint on her face.

It's not a very flattering dress, but I don't think she's any thinner than she's always been.

I really don't think she looks any thinner here than in the Vogue pictures, for example. You may find those disturbing as well, but it's nothing new.

Of course, the way she's positioning herself in the first photo (arms on her hips, elbows turned out); that can make anyone who isn't fat look boney.

In fact, you probably are; but the fact remains that she didn't look so great in the premiere pics. As one blog put it, she looked like she just rolled in after an 18-hour coke bender.
