he plays Captain Sao Feng: The Pirate Lord of Singapore, captain of the Chinese ship The Empress.

*SPOILER*

Sao Feng is a villian (incase you hadn't guessed) and he kidnaps Elizabeth Swann. He may be killed when Flying Dutchman attacks the The Empress.
