Precisely! Except I do use a little butter when having some jam.

Butter I don't know. I eat Smart Ballance Light non-dairy buttery spread. Cooks like butter, tastes like butter, but with no Trans Fatty Acids, non-hydrogenated & lots of Omega3, Flax Oil & other good stuff to help reduce my Cholesterol. mmm, buttery spread.
Kinda defeats the purpose when I use it along with the pork sausage grease to fry up my eggs with hot Tejano salsa & cheese to make my killer breakfast taquitos. mmm, tortillas-e-salsa! Costs about $2.50 US for a 1pound tub of Smart Ballance that lasts me a few weeks.

*@X%+~BELCH!...pardon me?
