I object.
Flora isn't butter but some bizarre alien concoction of evilness sold only to the working classes at Lidl and Aldi. Lurpak and Presidente lightly salted are the only way to go. |

I don't eat butter. But I can tell you that I spend 94p on whatever it is that I do eat. I would get the name of it but the fridge is downstairs and I'm not...you know?

Is margarine the same thing? Because I have that. I think it's called Country Crock.

Yus. Costs for a pack of 250 g. 12,50 DKK = 1,13 GBP = 2,2 USD.
Margarine is a butterlike product made of refined vegetable oils, sometimes blended with animal fats, and emulsified, usually with water or milk.

I don't know how much butter is here, but milk is really expensive in Hawaii because they don't have cows, so maybe there butter is alot of money. Hmmm I like this thread.

Its only butter if it says 'butter' on it.
That does not include blended spreads such as 'i can't believe its not butter' Real butter should be 100% dairy, perhaps with a bit of salt, it should be pretty much rock solid out of the fridge, to the point where it may make holes in toast if you're not careful. Also, real butter should be much less healthy than alternative brands

Butter is odious and unnecessary.
Slightly stale bread or toast can benefit from a thin spreading of butter but fresh bread needs only the main topping. |

I don't use much butter. If someone else makes me a sandwich I have to remove half of the butter they put on.
Here the butter costs from 10-25 kr |
