Yes, it was a nine-minute animation by Japanese animator Fumi Inoue who was working at the National Film & Television School. A friend of Keira's was studying there when Fumi asked for voices for her new project. Keira does three voices:

Just shows how lax IMDb are getting over their accuracy and background research. It's even listed as (V) for video release. I wish. And I'd still like to know why they've removed Tulip Fever and POTC2. Paul

As far as I know, no and no.
It has only been shown at film festivals etc., so no one has ever been able to capture it. It's the Great Mystery in Keira's IMDB list :icon_bigg
