Gah, it's Safari or it's nothing.

Opera is the fastest browser I've ever used, but Firefox is probably my favourite on the PC side.

yah... i'm a safari user as well... but most of these unfortunate souls don't use osX... so that's out for them, sadly.

I was tempted to post as soon as i got firefox, but decided to test drive it so I'd have something useful to say. Overall, I like. It is def better than IE. I have noticed a few preference thing that irritate me that I havent figured out how to fix Maybe you experienced users can help?

1) How can i get web pages to use the entire window as opposed to haveing a whole lot of grey on the edges?

2) In microsoft out look i used to have a 2 line view of my emails with a window on the right to preview the email, but with fire fox its just a list and a single click opens the email and takes up the whole screen

3)can i move the google bar down underneath the other tool bar rather than hidden in the upper right corner?

Thank you to everyone who has helped enhance my internet experience.

Thank you to everyone who helps me with these new minor, but tolerable issues.

Fuck you to everyone else.

Fuck you to Haz.

I didn't answer because I figured someone else would know a lot more about it than I would. I still love you, Fancyman.

Well, after Ice made me feel dumb I decided to look into the issues a little deeper.

1) I'm guessing beacuse i use a high resolution the web pages dont take up the entire browser window. In EI everything was center, in mozilla everything is left justified. Anyway, I guess it doesn't matter, it just seems off cause i'm not used to it.

2) Is there a way to fix it?

3) How?

Fuck you to Digital_Ice

haahaa, chill dude! (admittedly i expected it, hence the deliberate provocation)

1) I thought it might be that, but i was giving you the benefit of the doubt (honest)

2) erm, firefox isn't an email client. are you using thunderbird?

3) right click on toolbars and click customise, arrange them as you please

I know firefox isnt an email client.

I get my email from my school. I log on and it opens microsoft outlook web access and i can go about my emailing business. The view is perfect. folders on the left, two line view of folder contents center and preview of mail on the right.

ok, here are some screen shots

before:

after:

i figured out that in IE there is an option to toggle "read view on or off"
but in firefox no such option exists,

Sounds a little more like Blackinese to me.

Firefox is a bit of an adjustment. Definitely easier to read e-mails like that. Right click the e-mail and hit "open in new tab." It's amazing.
