Question on Silk

I was looking at the IMDb page for Silk, and under the cast list it says Countries: and then lists several countries. I'm guessing that those are the countries the movie is going to be released in. Do you guys think it will ever see US theaters? I'd be pretty bummed if I had to find an "alternate route" to seeing it. That or I could just go to Canada to see it.

Jeeeez that Mike Pitt is an uuuuuuuugly bugger...but in relation to your question...i can't really help you on that one...i'd imagine you would be able to see it in the US, if its going out in all those other countries i'd be extremely surprised if it dint go out in the US

was filmed in. France,Italy,Japan for sure. Anyone
know if any scenes were done in Canada or the UK?
Or maybe Canada and UK are listed as thats where
principle actors hailed from?

I agree with Arbery, with miss Knightley's current
popularity, I have no doubt it will be shown in the US.

The Countries field on IMDb lists the countries which have companies involved in the production, and therefore the financing, of the movie. You need to check the Release Dates link on the left of the entry to see the countries where it will be released.

It WILL be out in the US, about a year from now, but only on limited screens so you may have to travel further than usual to see it.

I can't remember any UK filming off the top of my head. It started in Japan and Egypt, then came to Italy and France for the hometown scenes, but it did go to Canada for some of Michael Pitt's scenes.
