If you're a hardcore Keira fan who thinks she looks attractive if she had puke all over her, you should watch it. She isn't much to look at in it, and the acting is meh. The movie overall isn't very good.

I just watched the Jacket yesterday. I disagree with most of you. I really liked the movie. Watched it with mum, we both really liked it. I didn't find it boring, I thought it was really interesting. And I know I'm no specialist in American accents, and yes I could hear her english accent come through still I applaud Keira's efforts in attempting the accent. I do like the way her voice was lower though. It was a good movie in my opinion. Adrien Brody's a great actor.... that is how you spell his name right? *shrugs* oh well.

To me the movie is nice...well it's not amazing...but it has a good story, a good cast and a good crew...mixing everything...it gives a nice movie!

I kind of agree. My pretty eclectic taste in films (well, pretty much everything) and the fact that I'm a nerd has given me an appreciation for arty, film noir, type films - this one included. I can understand why it's unpopular with a lot of people, but I still found it interesting. And I liked the fact that you could argue the entire film was in his head. Hmm.
