I dunno, guys. She was sipping on that martini (or whatever it was) pretty much the entire time. Her face is kinda flushed and red, so she mught be a little buzzed.
I find it funny that so many of you are so quick to dismiss the idea that she might be drunk at a public event. It's not unheard of. Anyway, do I think she's rip-roaring drunk? No. Buzzed? Maybe. Having a good time?Definitely.
