Well I'd say my style is very simple! I like wearing jeans with cute tops! and I have a huge collection of hats!!! my favourite shops are Diesel, Zara, Pool and Bear, 3GUYS but generally if I like something I buy it and don't care about labels! only when it's about perfumes! then I only buy expensive ones! it's my little weakness!:icon_redf

What Katie said. Not everyone is a spoilt princess who can wear designer clothes just to hang out
![]() H & M is fine quality for just hanging out. Not good enough for fancy stuff but so what? Also does it occur to you that H & M quality from Europe is better? Given H & M are Scandinavian... It's sorta how Nike stuff from the US shits over Nike stuff from Europe... |

Pac Sun had some good clothes last year's summer seasons, but now their clothes are shit because so are the fashions this year. I'm really disappointed with this year's fashions, with the low-riders showing your gstring and the white spaghetti straps with the half shirt covering it. Boring.
At least ebay exists.

Urban Outfitters in Oxford Street and South Kensington are the business. Probably my favourite clothes retailer. As is most of Carnaby Street. Of course, its not cheap, unless you're very patient.

its not about the extra money designer clothes cost that makes me not wear them all the time its the fact i want to keep them nice, regular high street shops make some nice clothes too and i just buy what i like the look of, my real bad weakness though is shoes-far more than any other item of clothing. |

ahhhh shoes.
though i'd have to say i have a secret obsession with pumas. okay not so secret. i just got a pair of trionfo low pumas, which is unusual for me because usually i don't get pumas that i have to tie (ie slip-ins or backless)... but they were black pig suede (comfortable!), had the speed cat logo on the inner side, and the seal to the deal: the ferrari badge on the outer side. *ughhh* talk about amazing shoes.

I'm a big American Eagle/Hollister/Gap shopper for clothes. In the winter I also LOOOVE Ralph Lauren and Lacoste sweaters. As for shoes, I have a sick obsession, and I usually end up going to Nordstroms or Saks or whatnot and buying expensive designer brands (I just bought a pair of Coach sneakers...they're way adorable).
And as for like...non "chain" stores, Anthropologie is freaking amazing. |

Anyone who doesn't wear designer clothes sucks.
What I usually wear/where I shop: A&F, Lacoste, Fred Perry, French Connection, Diesel, Rock and Republic, True Religion, Adidas, Crystal City, Banana Republic, Express, Buffalo Jeans, and some other stuff. Urban Outfitters and Macy's rock. |

Equally anyone who wears ONLY designer clothes sucks worse because they're an attention whore with not a trace of individuality. Who wants us all to look the same? |

And on the topic of designer clothes, if I was rich, I would probably wear almost entirely designer for the following reasons: 1. Why not. 2. Comfort - Designer clothes (unless they're overly pretentious) almost always fit better and are more comfortable. ESPECIALLY shoes. While not designer, I try and buy the most expensive trainers I can afford, as otherwise I get excruitiating shin splints.

Who needs substance when style is so important?
Suppose I'll have to settle for the former while you bathe in the glory of the latter. |

The trainers designed for serious athletic use have a very short lifetime, much like Formula One car parts. They are extremely good for a short period of time, before they fall apart.
Most high cost cross trainers are pretty solid in my experience. I want a pair of fitted asics. And a pair of these: ![]()
