I think we need a thread to post randomly funny/interesting/weird pictures. You know, the sort you get forwarded emails about or find when you're supposed to be working. I thought we used to have a thread like this but I did a search and couldn't find it.

(This is NOT the place for pictures you've taken yourself. There's another thread for that).

Those are so cool, Mandy. I've seen those before. When looked at exactly the right angle, they appear to be three-dimensional. I've seen the pictures at different angles where it's just a two-dimensional drawing... cool.

The sidewalk chalk photos win the thread. I've seen a few of them a while ago, but they're absolutely amazing.

This thread rocks, though.

This is a piece of art by Istvan Orovitz. it's called "Jules Verne's Mysterious Island"

The picture itself looks like a ship wreck, but with the bent reflective surface placed on top, you see a portrait of Jules Verne. Pretty cool.
