Seriously though, her legs never used to look like that. I'm not trying to jump on the bandwagon here, but this is the first photo that's really made me go "hang on... what happened?"

I thought that too. The fug girls mentioned how small her legs looked and I was like "Wait a minute, she's never had small legs." They really ARE small.

The old legs were much better, but whatever. What are you gonna do?

Did you know that Dairy Queen has cherry-flavored milkshakes???
I had no idea until I went there yesterday. I always assumed that they just had the standard chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla shakes...but no -- there are actually tons of flavors. Why was I never informed of this?

They actually have peanut butter shakes. And marshmallow! I'm excited about the possibilities now.

Dairy Queen is such a winner. Cheesequake blizzards are the absolute best. They must not have Dairy Queen overseas. Poor foreigners!

Sadly, no....
Instead, she'll have to go for that pudding all of them English folk are always talking about.

And, Mandy, I prefer the Reese's Pieces Blizzard. Try it. MMmmm. Reese's Pieces....

However, last time I checked, it could buy:

cheeseburgers
lipstick
hair dryers
if all else fails, booze.
I suspect all four of those items would perk Keira right up.
Maybe I should make this thread a sticky or something. It's sad I'm not the only who thinks Keira isn't the happiest of campers. Again. Or still.

I hope she eats lots of chocolate during Easter. Good for the mind, and in her case, the body wouldn't mind a bit either.

I think she looks great in that photo. Doesn't seem miserable to me. Must just be me...

That was actually the concensus over at Keira Daily, as well....
She looked even better in the close-ups. Great for someone who obviously just got out of the shower.

And again. Only this time, it's her Flare cover.

I happen to think that she looks fantastic. The colours suit her and she looks healthy, glowing and happy. I'm tempted to follow the how-to on the flare website. So here's a big "you so silly" to the Fug girls, but here we go anyway:

I LOVE fashion magazines from other countries. Probably because they feel like a new treat, rather than the same-old same-old I'm accustomed to (when you subscribe to like 10 glossies, you start to get burned out at some point), and also, you get to do fun math to figure out the currency conversations on all the stuff therein (please note: the "fun math" I did last time I was in Great Britain involved me just deciding that everything was priced in dollars so that I didn't get too bummed out by my TopShop receipt). It's also fun to see what is au courant in other places. Apparently, our Canadian friends are currently wearing make-up the likes of which makes them appear to be burning with the supernatural flush brought on by the fevers of galloping consumption:

K Kni is lovely indeed, but she looks so feverish and overly warm here that I feel the urge to fluff up her pillow, dab her forehead with a cool cloth and then spoon lukewarm broth into her mouth, whilst murmuring soothing things like, "no, no, no one wants to strangle you. That's just your dress," and "Johnny Depp will be here at 4."
From here.

I still like it. The colour is good, there aren't any bits hanging out Britney-style, the cut is interesting. It's a wacky dress, but I feel she pulls it off. I'm not overly fond of the back, but the front? I like it.

Plus the fringe. Ahhh, the fringe. I just have a suspicion it may have been a wig.

Keira gets fugged again. The W crew need to be fired, pronto. They're quite sweet about Keira, though. I don't think I've ever seen a magazine try so hard to make a gorgeous girl look so ugly and washed out.

Quote:

JAMES MCAVOY: Hi, K.

KEIRA KNIGHTLEY: Hi, J.

JAMES: Can I ask you something?

KEIRA: Of course.

JAMES: We were hot in Atonement, right?

KEIRA: Completely. Hot + WWII + English = SUPER HOT.

JAMES: I thought I remembered it right. So...?

KEIRA: Like we're in some kind of simultaneously post-modern and low-rent version of Grease. I know.

JAMES: It's terrible. Also, are those your....?

KEIRA: Knickers? So it seems.

JAMES: But we're so attractive and good in the movie. Why would they do this to us?

KEIRA: Oh, honey. You haven't even seen the worst of it.

JAMES: How is that possible? Do they have an outtake in which I am drooling?

KEIRA: Turn the magazine over.

JAMES: No offense, but --

KEIRA: I know.

JAMES: Oh my god.

KEIRA: I know.

JAMES: Is that a denim bra ?

KEIRA: Yep.

JAMES: Did you actually agree to wear this?

KEIRA: It appears I did.

JAMES: But you seem....

KEIRA: Smarter than that?

JAMES: Well....yes.

KEIRA: Someone at the magazine told me the epaulets make me look like Cate Blanchett.

JAMES: That doesn't even make any sense.

KEIRA: I know that. Now.

JAMES: Well. If it helps, I feel way better about myself now.

KEIRA: Yeah. Thanks.

JAMES: I still think you're pretty.

KEIRA: I don't want to talk anymore.

The cover of both her and James is not as bad as the one of her in that ugly jeans jacket. I like the waves in her hair.

I have to admit their commentary is hilarious at times and that one cracked me up.I wasn't impressed with that shoot or the EW one as well. Too dark and washed out and the frowning just ruined her look.
