The outfit is terrible, but I do kind of like it, anyway. It's sort of endearing when she dresses badly. I'd rather see someone looking like that than walking around in expensive-ass designer dresses all of the time...although a simple jeans and shirt outfit would beat both, hands down.

Maybe she's TRYING to get fugged. You know, for a thrill....
