They were lucky and should've lost to the Czechs...Koller had a simple chance and there was that penalty incident too. Let's not pretend their goal, seconds before the halftime in Extra Time wasn't fortuitous...this was the last ever silver goal (assuming the final doesn't require one) because it's such a shitty rule...two of the luckiest weakest sides in the final (and I backed Greece to go through from their group because at least they were better than the pathetic Portuguese, who even in their best game against us weren't good enough)

All comes down the ref...home decisions against Holland...home decisions against England...if the theme continues Portugal will have 5 pens awarded for having a greek player within 5 feet of a portuguese...and not one of the "incidents" will occur in the box either...ok...to be serious...a perfecrly good goal ruled out for Greece? Most likely since both England and Holland had good goals disallowed.

The greeks CAN do it...but given the amazing ability of the hosts to cheat their way to success, they have to be favourites. Cheating your way to your first ever tournament win in your own backyard is hardly much to crow about...we STILL get shit about the 66 final...despite the fact that even if you discount the third goal we'd still have won 3-2 . Portugal on the other hand...had our rightful goal against them not been disallowed would be sat in their homes with their wives watching England lift the trophy...there's always 2006...40 years of hurt and all that

ARRRR...JUSTICE!!! Cheating fuckers got theirs...and the Greeks, my second team from day 1 (well, all the underdogs got my backing...because it takes so much effort for them to match one of the big guns)...what a day for them. Hadn't won a game in a major tournament before this one. I love underdogs who play well and try their best, like the Koreans in the World Cup.

I don't feel sorry for either...I was pissing myself laughing watching Ronaldo...what a poofy twat...wanker! Crying like a newborn...his bloody makeup was running...priceless! I actually enjoyed that more than Portugal losing...I despise the rat-faced, cheating cunt...was SOOO good seeing him cry like the little girl he is.

Oh...and what a day for Greek football! They and the Czechs were the best two teams in the tournament and one of those deserved to win...England were better that Portugal...as were Holland...but for LOTS of luck and dodgy reffing, the Portuguese would've gone out before the final...they didn't deserve to be there, they didn't earn it...UNLIKE the Greeks who were supposed to be Group A's whipping boys...they, unlike the hosts, actually played good football.
