People read and watch interviews. Especially in Keira's younger years, she seemed very frank with interviewers. I think that teaches you a thing or two about a celebrity, even if they are mostly just a face.

In addition, I think the perceived image of a person can in some cases have a positive influence on girls too. Even if Keira does drugs behind closed doors, and gets drunk every night, we see her as a fun, down-to-earth type of girl with a sense of wrong and right.
