Prescription medications refilled.
30 days worth. Maybe I'll live until 2/19. Darn, there is 31 days in January. I will run out of med.s on 2/18. That's a Sunday. Glad I use a pharmacy that's open 24,7. RX expenses are a drag...~$300 per month with insurance & none of this stuff gives me a buzz or recreation, all maintenance just to keep me alive. I'll have to eat/ eat out less food the next four weeks so I can pay the pharmacist his cash in February. Thank God it's a 28 day month next month.

erm... i went shopping for a new belt today... ended up spending £250... i then went food shopping, and ended up buying a £1000 surround sound kit aswell. eep

I didn't know of the existence of this thread....interesting. I bought a new book (YAY!!), "April in Paris". I'd fallen in love with it a few weeks earlier, and today I got my hands on it.

Also bought this amazing chest-like thing, presumably used in some time ago for storing type-writers and carrying them around. My room is very old-vibe, so I'm using this baby to store (gasp!) books.

Guitar 1, an Epiphone Casino, is damn pretty, and the electric guitar I've wanted for a while.

Guitar two, however, a Fender Highway One Telecaster, is a better and a little bit more expensive guitar. It's versatile and is great with pedals and effects and all that. It is much uglier than the Casino though.

Anyhow, I should have made my decision in a week or two, and you'll see pictures.

ive just got myself a VG Strat, best guitar ive ever owned:icon_smil ,love been able to switch modes,especially having the humbucker pickup mode, although i am an out and out Strat player and a little biased as this was my third, while i enjoy the Gibson/Epiphone guitars i find them a little heavier when im practicing and generally how and what i play/write favours the Strat sound, good luck with your decision i know its never an easy one to make.

Yeah, it's tough deciding over two, but I did go to the shop and play both today. At first I thought I'd go for the Casino, but after I left I really missed playing the tele. I think it all came down to the construction of it's neck. The tele is like butter. I'm leaning toward that one.

VG Strats are gorgeous. I decided telecaster when my friend had me play one. And too many people I know have strats, so I gotta try my best to be different.

to be fair though Strats and Lps are very popular because thier very good, not knocking the tele at all thier great guitars just i kind of have no need for one with the VG, i have the VG and also my pride and joy which is a '73 Sunburst Strat signed my John Frusciante which never leaves my room for obvious reasons!!, after playing a LP i do agree that the Fenders necks are nicer and easier to play fast with, but honestly before you decide for sure try an American deluxe Strat, even if you buy second hand i can gurantee you wont be dissapointed, good luck either way but been a Fender loyal girl i hope you get the tele:icon_smil, although if i was going to get a Fender that wasnt a Strat i can highly reccomend the Jaguar, plus its different.

well i bought it before i left my job, so i could still get staff discount. lol. but we dont do the lens kit.

my shopping list now contains the following;
Canon Speedlite 580EX Flash
Canon EF - 70 mm - 300 mm - f/4.5-5.6 DO IS USM

any recomendations for a good wide angle lens?
