Customers...yes, again!
We have to go all the way to Plant City and pick up a power table...not exactly a light piece of equipment...for repair. This requires two people to get it on the truck. So we called them a week ago with the price to repair it. Meanwhile, we went ahead and ordered the (very expensive) part to fix the table because they never refuse to have something repaired.
Well guess what?!?! They just called to say not to repair the fucking table. And if you're thinking "well...now you can sell them a new one" you're wrong. We aren't a minority owned company, so they aren't allowed to buy from us. Instead, they'll have to pay whatever (much higher than our) price the minority owned company charges them, which is a double whammy since this is a county agency. Yes, my taxes will be used to pay more for a company from another county.
I cannot wait to move out of this God-forsaken arse-hole of a state.
