Do I have to repeat myself? Cut it out. It's more than wearing. This has turned into a complete "I'm-right-you're-wrong" nine-year-old-style fight rather than a sensible discussion. Ok answer this, if only congress can raise taxes, how did taxes go up during Clinton's reign? Republicans held both houses 6 of his 8 years.
