Yeah, used to be a running joke with my gaming friends "Hey Gary!". I get told about once a week when out grocery shopping, etc. When we were buying our house and signing the paperwork, the mortgage lady stopped in mid-sentence, quirked her head, looked at me and said "Hey, you know you look like..." Wendy finished her sentence for her and she said "Oh, guess you've heard that before"... ROFL

I may have to dig up the joke picture that I posted on my Quake Clan's old website... (Hmmm, goes to dig, wonder if I still have a copy buried somewhere).

The spot is a helicopter, probably the Presidential one since all others would be in deep doo-doo if they were where that one is. Well, probably not as this pix was about 1979.

I was deep in the conflict with myself as to whether I should mention that Duckula was ... In the end I deleted the post before I saw that someone had read and responded to my stupidity. It took me awhile to make up my mind because I've seen Duckula be mean for what seemed like no reason...

I'll leave it with the substitute post above. And for people who see this later, there was a post wherein I accused Duckula of spamming in this thread which was specifically started to show "your" photographs. I am fairly sure that the photographs I posted here should not be judged against those taken be any random full-time Professional Photographer. The Washington DC one did take second place in a New Mexico competition of The Industrial Photographers of the Southwest; but it was criticized even then. I learned how to make it better.

I gave you guys that photograph (i.e. posting it here gives away some of my rights to the image; not all, but some) but I don't particularly want it to show up anywhere else.

Yeah, I think that should do for now. Duckula's not a force to be reckoned with. Some people get his sense of humour and some don't.

Either way, it's ridiculous to be so argumentative on an online forum where nobody takes you very seriously. At least I dont.

Anyway. Back to teh posting of teh pictures.
