Shrek2

I just watched Shrek 2 last night, and I've got to say - I'm impressed. Usually sequels are boring and live off the jokes from the first part, but this one was well worth the money. The whole movie was hilarious, they made fun of a lot of movies (LOTR, Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, Mission: Impossible just to name a few) and popular TV shows (Cops, for instance). Pretty much everybody from the first movie is back, plus a few new guys, including Puss in Boots (voice acting by Antonia Banderas).
If you liked the first movie, you should definetely go and see this one as well.
Well, that concludes my review. Has anybody else watched it? What are your thoughts?

I saw them both recently and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed them both, very funny. I did however seem to laugh more at the first even though the second was probably more comedy based. So when's Shrek 3 being made?

i disliked the sequal, the first movie was funny and a fresh idea, i thought the seqaul was boring, drawn out, and was only humouris slightley in parts..

Hm, nothing yet on IMDB, I don't know if another sequel is planned. But it takes time to make movies, so even if they wanted to make another part, it probably wouldn't come out before, oh, Summer 2006 maybe.

At HSX.com it says Shrek 3 will be out sometime in 2006. It also says the story will focus on King Arthur and his noble knights.

shrek 2 looks wicked i love the donkey and the princess puss in boots and shrek are kool 2!!!!!!!!!!!

Saw it today and thought it was great! I liked it more than the first. I loved Antonio Banderas in it

Heh, looks like I was right on the money with my 2006 prediction. Anyways, I hope it's as good as the first two.

I just checked the site again and it said 'Release date: 12/31/2006' so it's most likely going to be put off until 2007. But I'm sure it will be as funny as the last two.

I'm not a Shrek fan. I liked the part in the sequel when he first gets to Far Far Away and it's supposed to be like Beverly Hills, and I liked the cat, but I thought the first one was boring.
