I remember this question was asked a long time ago and I said full screen. I completely change my answer to widescreen, because it's definitely better in my opinion.
Catcher in the Rye or Catch-22? I do not know why, but I haven't read either of these books yet. I really should, though, I've heard great things.

Flats. Even though I'm tall (therefore requiring an extra bit of lift), I hate seeing a woman's foot all mangled from years of wearing heels.
