Haha, I was so tempted to resurrect this myself the second I came back but I thought that I'm always the bloody one who resurrects my own thread which is a bit gay (yes, I'm sure by now we all know I was Donnie Dorko). But since you all love it so I can't deny I'm glad to see it back!

That's a toughie...greek or roman. Philisophically and academically I'd say Greek all the way, but the Romans were amazing military strategists and the level of sophistication was superior to the greeks (however one would expect that given the Greeks pre-dated the Romans).

Hmm...Greeks simply because they broke new ground where the Romans built on the foundations laid by the Greeks.
