Aren't those the same thing? I'm not up on all the eco-babble, but I think they have to be biodegradable in order to be flushed.
I vote non-biodegradable. How else will civilizations millions of years in the future know anything about us if we don't leave something behind in the landfills. They'd be kind of like our pyramids.
