i have heard that keith richard and salma hayek might be playing a role in the next POTC movies. Is that true?

www.keiraweb.com has all the news of the rumors you're asking about. It would appear to be false according to a recent interview with the producer Jerry Bruckheimer.

You'll hear a lot of rumours about a lot of people being cast over the next few months. Best advice is ignore it until it's reported in one of the two industry journals - Variety or Screen International.
Definitely don't trust the IMDb. Paul
