PD's right though, I fucked up the names really good. Haven't read the book, so I'm going from memory of what I've seen about the movie. And, we all know how dangerous it is relying on memory at my age. Christ, you may as let me sit on the nice furniture without my Depends.

lmao.
I'm sorry I got that bitchy...I loved that book and consider book adaptations should be sacred, we're talking about not only giving life to somebody's creation but to give an image of that character (not just face, a voice, accent, body, the whole) to many people who might've come up with their own versions...hence I hate most book-based movies, they screw things up so badly.

I feel the same way. Hence why I will forever hate the Lord of The Rings films. And Spiderman 3.

Watched the movie but tought it would be better. I haven't even finnished reading the book yet but so far the book seems to be much better than the movie. Maybe ruined it a little when I watched all preview programs.

I wasn't judging, just pointing out the rule. It's there to protect KKW from the lawyers, I guess.

Well, I just watched Atonement for the second time....
This time, it was on DVD (first time was at the theater), and I liked it more that way. In fact, much, much more. It really is an excellent, beautiful film.
