John Couey kidnapped Jessica Lunsford, raped her, abd buried her alive. Long story short: he was sentenced to death on the 24th, and I am a sucker for an execution for someone like this prick. And by his execution date, i can drink, so i'll have a party.

I couldn't agree more. I am against the death penalty but in this case the guy probably deserves it. But If you had a choice of death or life in prison and everyday being abused and used like a toilet what would you choose? Death is to easy for this guy, let him suffer for the rest of his life.

They won't put him in general population for that reason alone.
No, he'll sit for years on death row and file appeal after appeal, dragging Mark Lunsford back through the hell he's created. Finally, they'll put him in the chair and off him, whilst a bunch of bleeding hearts hold a vigil to save his worthless life.
They should kill the relatives who allowed him to stay there without registering and who, if memory serves, impeded the investigation knowing full well what he'd done.

If there truly is justice, some guard a month from retirement will have a little "slip up" and Couey will accidentally wind up in the yard with the general population and they'll do what he did to Jessica to him.
Repeatedly and painfully.
Taylor is Jessica's age when she died.
Yeah...I have nothing but contempt and hatred for that man...but then I guess that was obvious.

I totally agree, but we can't do that. He will never be with out a guard of some kind. I believe in the death penalty-we can't give him what he deserves (what he did to that little girl), we can only killl him. i wish we could bury him alive, but we can't. I remember in Texas, when Bush was the governor, a young Girl was raped and murdered. He was sentenced to die, and on the day of his execution there were these idiots outside with signs saying things such as, "Bush is a murderer," or "Murder is being commited here." But also, the girl's family was there. Her grandfather held a sign saying, " (NAme) killed my granddaughter on Thanksgiving, 199?" I believe in the death penalty, but i also believe it is too good at the same time. these pricks deserve the same mercy (or lack therer of) the showed their victims. I wish the put him in the general pop with a big name tag by "accident." but it won't happen.

Brad and Keira Lover's posts prove why the Death Penalty should not exist. The legal system is designed to insulate us from our baser selves, not satiate our lust for revenge. Otherwise why not just allow vigilanteism? Don't care what the guy did, prison is the right place for him.
