can anyone identify this pic?

Hello. I found this pic in a wallpaper archive (i've cropped and resized it to post here). I think it's just an amazing photo; I love the outift and the Domino-era (can we call it an era?) short hair. Unfortunately those kinds of sites have no real information about the images. I've tried to locate images from this shoot in other galleries and archives and I've had no luck. Does anyone know anything more about this photo: when it was shot, who shot it, what it was for, where it appeared, if there are there more like it? Thanks a lot!
