Thanks! Yes that is Daniel Johnston. I can't wait to see that documentary either. There's also a drawing with Daniel Johnston in it, in the drawing section.

They're great, man! I'm a big fan of the second "Tales of the Uncanny", haha. And also the "Chess Aficionado" with the guy from The Seventh Seal (I felt way cool understanding that joke, by the way.)

i love your use of color. and i especially like her nose. whenever i paint i can never get the goddamn nose right, it just ends up looking like someone has an ass on their face. but yeah...damned good color.
