yeh i watched it on tv...
it was sooo good that maria won!! and won sooo well too... did u's c when she won and her dad and coach were huggin and happy!! and when her dad was huggin maria too... it was soo sweet!! go maria go!!! and only 17!

yeh i know... her parents spent sooo much for her to become what she is today!! and to win a wimbledon is a great achievement for maria and also at such a young age too!!

wow! yeah i the match and everything, it was freaking awesome too, sharapova completely schooled her. and her speak was cool too, how she said she was sorry for taking the title away form williams for a year. and so touching when she when into the stands and hugged her father. i'm sorta into tennis now,since i can play it on my xbox. the wonders of never having to get up to play a sport

Honestly, Anna Kournikova was much hotter than Sharapova, but still, that doesn't qualify anything for talent. I'm kinda glad that Sharapova won. It ensures a sense of parity in women's tennis, that almost anyone can win, whether they be from the US, or Belgium, or Russia. It's always nice to see parity in sports; only die-hard fans love a dynasty.
