Girls in groups of 4: Why is there ALWAYS ONE fat one?

I notice this all the time. 3 good looking girls and their 4th fatty friend. Doesn't the fat one know she's the group cow? I always imagine they have conversations along the lines of:
Fatty: "Oh I'm so fat

"
Others: "Ohhh, no you're not! Let's get icecream!

"

I think they just keep the fat one around so they better by comparison.

that isn't neccessarily true, i have a group of 4 girls in my class (i'm in a group of 7, and the 4 is supposed to be the popular group!) anyways, they are all, pretty and slim, funny, and talented, so that isn't ture for evry1

meh, I don't normally see any "ugly ducklings" in groups of 4 at my school. Normally, the fat ones(excuse my french) will cluster together, while the skinny ones(again, excuse me) will huddle be eachother. Don't know about anywhere else, though, do tell.

It's funny, my school is the complete opposite. We all get along. Captain of the soccer team hangs out and is friends with 'the nerds' (that's right, he did sit at my lunch table last year. What a nice guy.) I don't see clusters of groups at my school, except with the freshman early in the year. Silly freshman, when will they learn? But those cliques are usually broken after the second quarter.

Well, it's mostly the girls at my school in general that all have their "close-knit" groups, us guys will hang out together for a couple minutes, then talk to somebody else. Oh, and it's the same way with the freshmen at my school too, they tend to nest in a corner all by themselves, afraid of what the juniors and seniors will do to them

Not really with me, they tend to just run around campus and butt into people's business.

As for the topic, not really girls... but there usually is a token black guy somewhere in there.

There are different types of people. People who are friends by personality. Or buy those of aesthetic similarity. Quite often you will find a bunch of fit girls together, but then you find that quite often, they all have the collective personality of a piece of chewing gum, and about as interesting.
Occasionally, these girls are followed by fangirls, who want to be like the goddesses, but could not in a million years fit into the skirts that they could.
The other type are friends by personality, and as such, allow for munters to be in the group. Quite often interesting people, lesser quantity of fit girls, but generally a better find.

it is really very simple, kilyncw is out chilling with his friends and bam 4 girls walk by. 3 of which are absolutley gorgeous and one that is not so slender or absolutley gorgeous.

kilyncw, being the great friend that he is will automatically stake claim to the lesser of the lookers just so his friends can have the cream of the crop. yeah it sucks at times but never loses its amusement.

this all in assumption that one of the hot girls doesn't take a liking to me of course.
