Cell Phone Wallpaper
So, I bought a wallpaper. It was noit the $1 that it said, it was actually $3, but it doesn't matter to me, it is worth it. What is not worth it is getting charged $3 and not receiving the wallpaper. I still have yet to receive the wallpaper...

why would you post that here? if you did not recieve it you contact them and they will fix the error. If not then make a report and they can investigate to see if its a "scam" Posting on a kieira forum wont do you any good
