Okay for this one I need you to first imagine this:
You are standing on a bridge above a railway. When you look down you see 5 people tied to it and you turn around and see the train coming. On the bridge there's also a fat man. Pushing him off the bridge in front of the train to make it shift tracks is your only way to save those 5 people, but that also means killing the fat man, who had nothing to do with the whole situation, he is absolutely innocent. Whatever you'd chose to do would not punish you in anyway.
So, would you push the fat man, or let the other five die?
