I agree with you entirely. She totally pulls of the tights, which is really hard to do unless you're a catwalker and even they can't always wear them right. You gotta have the legs and the attitude (not to mention the right choice of outfit to go with all that)

And yes, those heels are amazing.

I hate that Vogue cover, leaving the hideous outfit aside; what happened to her hair?! It looks as if it was shaved off by a blind hairdresser with Parkinson's.
