Not just female suicide bombers...but female suicide bombers that have Down's Syndrome.
The Iraqi official quoted says "mentally retarded", but another report specifically mentioned Down's Syndrome and that one of the women was apparently known as the "crazy lady" by people who frequent the bazaar.
