first of all, it's Lord Cutler Beckett, Captain Jack Sparrow, Captain Davy Jones and it is the honourable East India Trading Company, which was granted a royal charter on dec 31st 1600, and had a monopoly on trade througout the world, especially the indies and the American Colonies, by royal decree. It was dissolved on Jan 1st, 1874.

Oh, and it was obvious by the late 80's that the Soviet Union was falling. Communism has and never will work.
