i remember back in high school i told all of my friends i wanted knightley abs, and none of them got it. how sad. that was when i was doing my "100/25/10" sets 3-4 times a day to get my abs up to par. not there yet, college does a number on your body. you basically have to never eat in the cafeteria if you don't want to gain weight haha... the US *sigh*
