I seriously doubt she walked around London shopping at Selfridges. That bag probably contains a pair of shoes, ipod, book and a bottle of water. I would be willing to put money on that she spent the day in Hyde park near her house chilling / sunbathing and decided to walk the short journey home barefoot. Hyde park is probably clean enough to do so there is even a man behind her sweeping the pavement. Also if you just spent good money on clothes would you carry the bag home scrunched up?
