Yes, it was a nine-minute animation by Japanese animator Fumi Inoue who was working at the National Film & Television School. A friend of Keira's was studying there when Fumi asked for voices for her new project. Keira does three voices:

I didn't submit this to IMDb as they stipulate a submission has to have been broadcast, and Gaijin hasn't, except at film festivals. Just shows how lax IMDb are getting over their accuracy and background research. It's even listed as (V) for video release. I wish.
And I'd still like to know why they've removed Tulip Fever and POTC2.
