Love is a funny thing. It's more beautiful than it is funny. But, it's still a funny thing. That's all I have to say.

I don't think I've ever been in love. I've often said that I am, then it turns out to be a crush. I'm a silly little girl when it comes to 'love'. When I am truly in love, I hope I bloody know. Most 17-year old's do not know what love is, they may think they do, but the majority don't.

i have been a time or 3, truly in love, and trust me i knew what been in love meant.
Love and Time: The only two things in all of life and all the world that cannot be bought, but spent. ;)

Heres another nugget of advice for you:

Crushes blow.
Love swallows.


and for your information, flightfreak, it may be the cynic in me, but love and time can be bought. An expensive engagement ring being a case in point.

As for love/crushes...bleh...it's all a personal thing...it all seems like a waste of time anyway...I still don't get why us blokes don't unleash the inner neanderthal, carry around clubs, and when we see an attractive woman we think has childbearing hips, smack her over the back of the head and carry her back to our "caves" (our homes) and chain them to the sink. So much simpler...

My current relationship would probably be described as lusting rather than loving. Thats fine by me though, she gives great head :p

I've had a thing with the same guy going off and on for about 8 years. I'm 19, by the way, so that's since like 6th grade. But, I love him, and I truly think I'll end up with him. I'm glad we've broken things off for various times throughout the years, because it's given me a chance to experience relationships and sex with other people. It's these experiences that have taught me that this certain guy is the one I'm meant to be with, and that sex really does mean alot more when love is involved...but hey, sex is never really a bad thing either way, lol.

I've definitely been in love, as the closest to me probably know (still am...kinda...), and it's not the bed of roses as some say. It actually...can really blow sometimes, but if you're in you're late teens, early 20's, you'd already know that.

I've been in love, and I would do anything for things to go back to how they were. Unfortunately, things happened a little too quickly, and neither of us were ready for it.
It's actually too bad.

The guy I'm with now is cool though. He's good at...stuff.

I could dazzle with my stories of unrequited love. But I'll save myself sanity and all that good stuff, and probably some sanity for all you. Two biggest problems: he either has a girlfriend, or he's gay. :mad:
