Help - Keira's Shoes/Fashion
 

I have been looking through all sorts of candid/paparazzi photos to find one of Keira's outfits... It would be a miracle if anyone has the photo. I believe that she was with her mother, and they *might* have been in New York. Keira was wearing some rich, brown leather ballet flats with a buckle on each toe. The style looks somewhat similar to the shoes in these photos.
