Check that viewing of avatars is enabled in the "visible elements" section of your User CP located at the top of the page and that any avatar you upload conforms to the rules (max. 80x80pixels and 19.5kb, whichever is less)

Right a little tutorial for you guys.

1. Click the User CP (Control Panel) button

2. Click Edit Avatar in the panel on the left hand side

3. Check the Custom Avatar button

4. Paste the URL in the required space
or
5. Upload from your computer by using the browse button. (This might not be enabled wait for the verdict from barrington)

6. Click Save Changes and you are done, I hope...

you tell me where to find the "Custom Avatar" button...
the only posseble option for me is: "do not use an avatar", and its allready checked, en no option to uncheck it...

i think we regular users arent able to use a Avater yet... the Admin has to change it.

hmm, strange...

Maybe (whoever the admin is) the admin changed it, so only people over 50 posts (or more, or less... depents on what he wants) can show and use a avatar. Or maybe not...
well, in any case we will wait for the admin :)

edit the admin would be: barrington (like before :))
