A Weird Problem....
 

Why can't I properly type the word, "mument" on this forum?
As in, M - O - M - E - N - T ??

No matter how many times I type the word, it comes out with a U where an O should be. I am 100 percent positive that I'm typing it correctly, and it's displaying with the right spelling on my screen. Yet, after I post the message, that mysterious U appears again.

And I am not having this problem on any other forums.

Someone else try to post the word, and see if the same thing happens to you.

Looks like you've fallen foul of the Replacement Variable Manager.

Being a thoroughly British website, KKW will check your post to see if you've written something wrong like "mom" and will replace it with the correct version: "mum". Obviously it wasn't as discriminate as we first though. Should be normal in future.

We should have filters for netspeak words as they seem to be becoming more and more common. "Lol" as "I'm 12 year old retard" would be great.

What was it that used to be auto-changed to something else way back on the old KKW? It was something KeirazBabe said all the time... Can't remember.

Hehe. Actually on another forum I'm on "lol" is filtered to "I smell of spunk" which creates hilarity. When people write about lolipop ladies it becomes "I smell of spunklipop ladies".
