My favorite group *of all time* (meaning I don't like, listen to them every day but they're still my favorite) is and always will be The Spice Girls. We go way back.

But currently...I don't know, Maroon 5 is good.

Maroon 5 is good.

Yah, another fan.

I also enjoy Coldplay (best band ever) as well as Finger 11, Staind, and Cold.

You and I would get along smashingly. I *still* listen to their albums.

Rock: Carlos Santana
Honorable Mention: Bob Seger, Old time rockin roll

He plays an old school funk with plenty of soul. His guitar solos will just blow your mind away. He's the next Jimi Hendrix with some mexican flair. I think rock and roll traditionally rooted from black soul music from the 1920s and mostly played with the piano. I think Elvis Presely and Buddy Holly popularized rock and roll with the guitar (although me thinks Elvis also copied black soul music too just rewrote it with a faster pace).

Pop: H.O.T. (High-five Of Teenagers)
Honorable Mention: Micheal Jackson

Mmm. K-pop. Candy is my favorite song and is one of their first hits. See american pop is all about having sex in some form or another. H.O.T. still retains their innocence in their songs, much remenicent of Micheal Jackson in the 1980s. Come on, who didn't listen to Micheal Jackson? He was called the king of pop for a reason.

ROCK: The Offspring - I have all 7 of their CD's. Definitely my favorite rock group. Their sound is so consistent, they can do no wrong...except for "Da Hui" (but that is a long story)

POP: Michael Jackson - of the black variety. Billie Jean is still one of my favorite songs after all these years. Plus, the man did Thriller. That has to count for something with you people.
